Michael Dambra’s research examines the economic impact of regulatory changes such as the CEO pay ratio and the Jumpstart Our Business Startups (JOBS) Act, as well as accounting disclosures and IPOs.
His findings have been cited in Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations and SEC commissioner speeches, congressional depositions, legal blogs and policy papers from the U.S. Treasury Department. In addition, his expertise has been featured on CBS News and in The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Bloomberg Business, CBS News, The New York Times, Politico, Yahoo! Finance, MSN and newspapers around the nation.
