Out in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics is a lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, two-spirited, queer, questioning, intersex, asexual (LGBTTQQIA+) and ally-affirming organization that aims to provide services and support for students in science, technology, engineering and mathematics and to create a dynamic network between students and professionals in industry and academia.
Promotes a positive atmosphere at Buffalo Law for LGBT students and their allies.
OUTpatient is the medical student LGBTQ+ alliance at UB. They work to improve the relationship between the LGBTQ+ community and health care professionals, as well as creating a sense of community among LGBTQ+ Medical Students and Physicians.
Workshop participants convene monthly and work towards assessing key aspects of a Queer Studies program at UB.

Smile Pride educates SDM students, residents, faculty and staff on how to provide competent dental care to the LGBTQ community. The club runs outreach activities to increase dental health equity among the queer community, fosters an atmosphere of inclusion within SDM and the greater Buffalo community, and holds monthly meetings create a safe space for everyone to get to know each other through board games and socializing.

The LGBTQ Faculty and Staff Association's Pride Scholarship was established to honor students who can demonstrate academic success, financial need, and a commitment to LGBTQ advocacy or education. The scholarship is awarded every spring semester and recipients are included in the annual Lavender Reception, a commencement and recognition ceremony that celebrates the achievements of graduating students who identify with the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer community at UB.
This training is an opportunity to learn more about gender and sexual identities and issues facing and within the LGBTQ communities. It is for everyone to learn how to be better allies and increase awareness of resources on our campus and in Buffalo. The goal of this training is to inspire others to create safe and affirming environments for all members of our community. Each training session is limited to a maximum of 50 participants.
UB community members are entitled to use restroom facilities that are consistent with their gender identity. We know that for many people, the most welcoming option is a single-user space.

Evergreen Health fosters healthy communities by providing medical, supportive and behavioral services to individuals and families in Western New York — especially those who are living with chronic illness or who are underserved by the healthcare system.
