The Buffalo News reported on an $11 million boost from state and federal funds for upstate New York businesses looking to expand their presence in the semiconductor industry as a part of the Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse “tech hub”, including the Supply Chain Activation Network, an effort that is led by UB.
