Education Week featured Suzanne Rosenblith in an article about the efforts of states to promote religion in public schools. Biblical displays and religious charter schools have faced legal challenges but may gain traction due to a supportive political climate and a conservative U.S. Supreme Court. “I imagine legal scholars would say it’s kind of an uninteresting case from a legal perspective because it seems like the law is clear,” Rosenblith said. “This court hasn’t appeared to show a lot of deference to precedent in cases that have nothing to do with religion, so I think it could be interesting.”
