About Enterprise Transportation Provider
Empire Transportation Service was founded in 2015 and incorporated as Empire Transportation Provider Inc in New York State 2017 to provide transportation service to patients and healthcare customers who face barriers getting to their medical appointments.

Empire Transportation Provider is currently providing Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) in upstate New York covering six counties - Erie, Niagara, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Genesee and Wyoming.

On top of NEMT, Empire also extended the service provision to students transportation by partnering with school districts and other related organizations in Pittsburgh, PA, and Baltimore Maryland.
