About Courtney J. Burris
Courtney J. Burris (she/her), PhD '23, MS '19, is a clinical assistant professor of management science and systems in the UB School of Management. Burris earned her PhD from the UB’s School of Engineering with a strong background in diversity, equity and inclusion research. Additionally, she is the CEO and co-founder of RHM Innovations, a Buffalo-based durable medical equipment company specializing in manufacturing assistive shower devices.
