Research Agenda
Dr. Rychtarik’s current research focuses on using the web to help partners and family members of people with substance use disorders. In particular, he is evaluating programs using web-based coping skills training and web-coach support for women whose partner has a drinking problem, and developing web-based interventions for family members of those with addictive disorders. In addition, he studies and evaluates different treatment settings for substance use disorders.
