*Clinical Trial Data Management II: The goal of the workshop is to provide practical examples of data management concepts in the context of clinical trials. Attendees will see how to apply many different data management tools and techniques to the varying tasks required of a Clinical Data Manager throughout the lifecycle of a protocol.

*Developing and implementing sound clinical trials requires several important steps to be undertaken in their design and implementation. These steps include:
* Describe the objective of pilot studies and trial run-in phases.
* Understand the pros and cons of pilot studies and trial run-in phases.
