Christopher LaTuso, PE is a professional engineer with over 20 years of experience in the complete design of highway, bridge and transit rehabilitation and replacement projects from the scoping stages through construction inspection. Responsibilities have included project conception, environmental planning, design, scheduling, budgeting, public relations and preparation of final plans, specifications and estimates. Christopher has spent the majority of his career developing transportation projects in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area, and has a unique understanding of the restrictions and difficulties in staging construction operations in urban areas. This experience provides him with the ability to develop efficient, constructible designs that maximize work zones and safety, and are cost effective to the owners. Notable projects include:
