Darlene Svilokos has 35 years of civil engineering experience in both the public and private sectors. She has spent many years working in the bridge realm of the industry, including design, construction, and the management of an inventory of structures. She possess a BS in Civil Engineering and BA in Geography both from the University at Buffalo, along with Professional Engineering licenses in multiple states.
