Timothy Kaiser, PE DBIA

Timothy Kaiser, PE DBIA is a registered Professional Engineer who specializes in managing procurement, design and oversight of complex design-build infrastructure projects. He has experience working as an owner, as an owner's advisor, and as part of multi-disciplinary design-build teams.

His projects include the LIRR Mainline Expansion Project, the new LIRR Elmont Station, NYCT Enhanced Stations Initiative, Hunter's Point South Phase 2, and the New NY Bridge Project (Mario M. Cuomo Bridge).

Tim began his career as a structural engineer focused on bridges and civil structures. He remains active in the industry by serving as an external advisory board member for the University at Buffalo's Institute of Bridge Engineering.
