Scaling Up™ - Strategic Planning is a two-day interactive workshop for business owners and their leadership team to learn the basics of creating a clear roadmap for a business that can be used to make decisions for upcoming years.
About Scaling Up™ - Strategic Planning
Under the direction of Thomas Ulbrich, an experienced Scaling Up™ coach, business owners and up to five members of their leadership team will walk through the basics of creating an annual strategic plan and implementing the Mastering the Rockefeller Habits strategy in their organization.
Scaling Up™ - Strategic Planning is offered through the UB School of Management's Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership.
Participation and Eligibility
This program is for business leaders and their management team. Registration is required.
$2,995 includes all costs for up to 6 team members; a $200 discount is available to UB Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership alumni.
