Conor Dowling in an expert on United States elections, public opinion, campaign finance and political parties.
He can talk to the media about American politics, where he studies both mass and elite political behavior with a substantive focus on issues of electoral competition, representation, and public policy, campaign finance law and health policy in particular.
Dowling currently serves as co-editor of State Politics & Policy Quarterly, the official publication of the State Politics and Policy Section of the American Political Science Association.
Dowling is the co-author of three books; “Super PAC! Money, Elections and Voters After Citizens United,” “Unhealthy Politics: The Battle over Evidence-Based Medicine” and “Small Power: How Local Parties Shape Elections.”
