Guyora Binder is a legal expert who has written in the areas of criminal law and legal theory.
Among other topics in criminal law, Binder’s research interests include homicide law, capital punishment, mass incarceration, policing and the constitutional limits on criminal law. He is considered the nation's foremost expert on the law of felony murder.
His books include “Felony Murder,” published by Stanford University Press; "Literary Criticisms of Law," published by Princeton University Press; a textbook on criminal law published by Aspen; and the "Criminal Law" volume in the Oxford Introductions to U.S. Law series.
