Nicotine addiction, smoking, vaping, tobacco and e-cigarette policy, FDA regulations on nicotine products
Lynn T. Kozlowski is an internationally recognized expert on tobacco use, e-cigarettes and nicotine policy. He can speak to the media about these issues, including trends in both smoking and vaping (including Juuling).
Kozlowski has contributed to four U.S. Surgeon General’s Reports on smoking and health since 1981. He was a founding member of the Society for Nicotine and Tobacco Research. As a public health researcher, he has studied numerous issues related to nicotine use and policy, with some recent work focused on cigarette and e-cigarette use among adolescents and young adults.
Kozlowski has been quoted widely in the media and has also authored articles and commentary in The Huffington Post and The Conversation, as well as Issues in Science and Technology.
