The University at Buffalo will hold a media briefing at 2:15 p.m. tomorrow (Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2009) in the atrium of the Center for the Arts on the North Campus to discuss "Building UB," the university's historic master plan that will guide the growth of UB as it implements the UB 2020 strategic plan to become a model 21st century university.
