  • Music is Art Live @ The Center Enters Sixth Season of Ground-Breaking Live Concert and Television Series

    The Center for the Arts at the University at Buffalo will present Music is Art Live @ the Center in a series of six episodes at 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays beginning Oct. 2 in the Mainstage theater in the Center for the Arts on the UB North (Amherst) Campus. The all-ages events are free and open to the public.

    The Center for the Arts at the University at Buffalo and Funtime Presents will present Gov't Mule at 7 p.m. on Oct. 10 in the Mainstage theater in the Center for the Arts on the UB North (Amherst) Campus. The opening act will be Grace Potter and the Nocturnals.
  • CFA Announces on-sale date for seven new performances

    The Center for the Arts announces the on-sale date for seven 2007-08 season performances. Tickets for all events go on sale Sept. 21 at 10 a.m. in the Center for the Arts Box Office, Ticketmaster outlets and ticketmaster.com. Tickets also may be charged by phone at 716-852-5000.

    The Center for the Arts at the University at Buffalo will present Craig Ferguson at 8 p.m. on Oct. 5 in the Mainstage theater in the Center for the Arts on the UB North (Amherst) Campus. The performance is sponsored by the Student Association.

  • New York New Music Ensemble to Visit UB

    The New York New Music Ensemble, one of the world's premier 20th-century chamber music groups, will visit the University at Buffalo in September to take part in several activities for students and the public, including presenting the first concert of the Department of Music's Slee/Visiting Artist Series for 2007-08.

    The Center for the Arts at the University at Buffalo will present Blue Suede Shoes - The Ultimate Elvis Bash at 8 p.m. on Jan. 18 the Mainstage Theatre in the Center for the Arts on the UB North (Amherst) Campus. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on July 13.
