The BIG program was created to leverage and advance life science innovations in thr greater Buffalo area.

Named in honor of UB’s founding in 1846, the program will celebrate 46 of the fastest-growing businesses owned or led by UB alumni or former students.

The award recognizes UB’s progress in bringing the benefits of clinical and translational science to patients, including the tripling of clinical trials since 2015.
