BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Lauer-Manguso & Associates, an Amherst architectural firm, has made a five-year commitment to the University at Buffalo School of Architecture and Planning to support an annual lecture for the next five years.

During that period, Lauer Manguso & Associates will give a total of $10,000 to support the School of Architecture and Planning's highly regarded annual lecture series. Specifically, the firm's gift will fund the lecture held during the university's spring open house, which will be named the Lauer-Manguso & Associates Lecture.

"This gift demonstrates Lauer-Manguso & Associates' concern and commitment to the school's future," said Paul Baker, director of development for the School of Architecture and Planning. "We are grateful to the firm for its generosity to ensure the continuation and high quality of the lecture series."

Established in 1986, the lecture series features the nation's foremost architects, planners and entrepreneurs.
