BUFFALO, N.Y. -- As part of the V-Day 2003 College Campaign, the ground-breaking, Obie Award-winning "The Vagina Monologues" is coming to the University at Buffalo in the Center for the Arts Drama Theatre on the UB North (Amherst) Campus.
Performances will take place at 8 p.m. on Feb. 18 and 19. V-Day University at Buffalo 2003 is sponsored by UB's College of Arts and Sciences, the Department of Theatre and Dance and the Center for the Arts.
The cast will feature 13 students from the UB Department of Theatre and Dance and will be directed by Susan Anner.
Proceeds from "The Vagina Monologues" will benefit the Sub-board's Anti-Rape Task Force. Tickets are $17 general and $7 for students, and are available from noon to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday in the Center Box Office and at all Ticketmaster locations, including Kaufmann's.
