BUFFALO, N.Y. -- A program for the development of in-depth understanding of sales management and leadership will be offered during the fall and spring semesters by the University at Buffalo's Division of Continuing and Professional Studies in partnership with the Buffalo Niagara Sales & Marketing Executives.
The Sales Leadership Certificate Program, aimed at helping organizations improve the productivity of their sales managers, is a series of nine five-hour workshops. Beginning Friday, Sept. 18, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the UB North Campus, the workshops are held once a month, at the same time, through May.
The program is designed for those with limited knowledge of the sales management function, or as a useful update for those more experienced in the field. Participants will come away with a thorough understanding of sales leadership and the ability to independently use, manage and direct crucial aspects of the sales management.
Students can register online and view the full schedule at www.mfc.buffalo.edu, or by calling UB's Millard Fillmore College of Continuing Education at (716) 829-3131.
The cost of the program is $1,995 per participant. This fee does not include required books. Further details are available by phone. Forty hours of this classroom instruction provides four Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
