BUFFALO, N.Y. -- An introduction to sales management and leadership will be offered this fall by the University at Buffalo's Division of Continuing and Professional Studies in partnership with the Buffalo Niagara Sales & Marketing Executives.
The Masters in Leadership Certificate Program is intended to provide a valuable baseline understanding of the field of sales management and leadership, through a series of three five-hour seminars. Classes will be held on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the following dates: September 19, 26, and October 3.
The program introduces the main issues that face sales leaders on a daily basis. It is intended for those with limited knowledge of the sales management function, those employees who find themselves taking on oversight of the sales process responsibilities, or as a useful update for those more experienced in the field. Participants will gain an understanding of how to implement most sales management functions independently.
Applications for the fall '09 semester are currently being accepted. Students can register online and view the full schedule at www.mfc.buffalo.edu, or by calling UB's Millard Fillmore College of Continuing Education at (716) 829-3131.
The cost of the program is $895 per participant. This fee does not include required books. Further details are available by phone. Fifteen hours of this classroom instruction provides 1.5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
