BUFFALO, N.Y. – The University at Buffalo will celebrate summer tonight (Wednesday, July 29, 2015) with UB on the Green, the university’s free outdoor event series featuring live music, dancing and hands-on activities for the entire family.
Hosted by UB’s Office of Community Relations, UB on the Green will be held from 6-8 p.m. on the Hayes Hall lawn on the South Campus.
The family-friendly, alcohol-free event is designed to bring the South Campus and UB communities closer together. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets and picnic food to enjoy.
Tonight is “Arts and Culture Night,” and will feature interactive arts and crafts at stations for guests to explore their creative potential. In addition, The Dixieland and hot-jazz influenced Fredtown Stompers will perform.
