UB statement on proposal to move law school to former federal courthouse in downtown Buffalo

The university’s position on this proposal has not changed over the past month: The university has no plans to move the UB Law School. 

Isolating the UB Law School off-campus, away from UB’s other professional schools, is neither academically nor economically sound.  Moreover, it is inconsistent with the interdisciplinary nature of legal education and research.
