Media Advisory: UB President Tripathi to deliver annual State of the University address

BUFFALO, N.Y. — University at Buffalo President Satish K. Tripathi will give his seventh State of the University address, during which he will give his review of the progress UB has made in the past year.

When: 11 a.m., Friday, Oct. 12.

Who: All members of the university community are invited to attend. Representatives of the news media are also welcome.

What: Tripathi will review the progress the university has made this year toward its goals, including achieving record enrollments, securing major research grants and faculty awards, and continuing the transformation of its campuses.
