UB Police, Erie County DA diligently continue investigation

The community should be assured that University at Buffalo Police are working diligently on this investigation around the clock, seven days a week in close collaboration with the Erie County District Attorney’s Office.

Together, UB Police, the DA and local law enforcement partners are making real progress. The university is eager to solve the case.

UB Police are in daily contact with Tyler’s immediate family regarding the case, as well, and emphasize the family has been very helpful with the investigation. 

The UB community continues to extend condolences to the Lewis family, Tyler’s friends and the Buffalo State College community.
