Tom Frantz, professor and chair of counseling, school and educational psychology, is quotes in an article in the Galveston County Daily News on three student deaths in the local high school and the effect it's having on their peers. "No one expects someone in class to die, he said. "That's what makes it different from someone like a great-aunt.
