TIME magazine included a quotation from Henry Louis Taylor Jr., professor of urban and regional planning, in its best quotes-of-the-week section. Taylor originally was quoted in an Associated Press story on how Americans had lost sight of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.'s message. "All we know is that this guy had a dream. We don't know what that dream was," Taylor said.
