Reuters: Talking isn't necessarily the best therapy for everyone

An article distributed by Reuters reports on research by Mark Seery, assistant professor of psychology, that showed that people who don't talk about their feelings after a traumatic event are no more likely to have problems down the road than those who do express them. "If someone doesn't want to talk about it, that can be perfectly fine," he said.
