An article in the Cincinnati Enquirer looks at research on the history of segregation in that city conducted by Henry Louis Taylor, Jr., director of the Center for Urban Studies, who said, "Cincinnati -- and, I would argue, most American cities -- were integrated places for a longer period of time than they were segregated places."
