Buffalo News: UB plan for more autonomy deserves legislative support

An editorial in The Buffalo News supports state Assembly and Senate bills 2020, which would allow UB greater freedom to pursue the goals set out in the UB 2020, the university's strategic plan to grow by 40 percent, create new jobs for the region and increase its annual economic impact.
