UB Law professor Suzanne Tomkins, director of the school's Women, Children and Social Justice Clinic, is quoted in an article distributed by the Associated Press about jury selection that is starting for the trial of man accused of beheading his estranged wife and who claims he acted in self-defense after suffering years of physical and emotional trauma.
