The Washington Post reports on UB's on-time graduation pledge, Finish in 4

An article in The Washington Post about efforts by some of the nation's top public universities to help their undergraduate students to graduate in four years reports UB has created an on-time graduation pledge, Finish in 4, and about half of the incoming class has signed it.
