An article on Huffington Post about a new study that claims that even mild acts of sibling aggression are just as detrimental as the bullying that many children face at school quotes Amanda Nickerson, director of UB’s Alberti Center for Bullying Abuse Prevention. “To assess bullying, it is important to assess the intent of the aggression – was it done to cause harm? – the repetition of it and the power imbalance between the perpetrator and the victim,” she said.
