Back-to-school decision pays off for co-creator of health-care app

A story on WBFO-FM interviews Sabrina Cascucci, a UB graduate student who was working at the high-tech manufacturing company Greatbatch for more than five years when she decided to go back to college to earn a PhD in production systems engineering. Cascucci and her fellow researchers recently presented their health-care app to the House of Representatives Subcommittee on Health and Technology in Washington, D.C.
