Wall Street Journal interviews management prof about bullying in the work place

The School of Management’s Darren Treadway was interviewed by The Wall Street Journal for a story about his research on bullies in the workplace, which found that because many bullies can “possess high levels of social ability,” they are “able to strategically abuse co-workers and yet be evaluated positively by their supervisor.”
