Forbes reports on UB study on workplace bullying

An article in Forbes about workplace bullies who are rewarded for their behavior reports a new study out of the UB School of Management found that many bullies receive positive evaluations from their supervisors and achieve high levels of career success by charming supervisors and manipulating others to help them get ahead.
