LA Times cites Obama’s UB speech for the upcoming open forums on higher ed

An article in the Los Angeles Times reports four open forums will be held at campuses across the nation to hear feedback on the state of higher education and President Obama’s higher education proposals, particularly one for a rating system, and notes that the president announced his higher education initiatives at a visit to UB on Aug. 22.
