The New Yorker interviews UB law expert on the recent Supreme Court voter-ID decision

In a New Yorker article about the Supreme Court’s recent order regarding voting regulations especially in Texas, which is allowed to enforce a voter-I.D. law, James Garder, a constitutional law professor at UB’s Law School was interviewed. Garder said, “The Court has been moving in this direction for a while. They can’t find campaign-finance restrictions they like. They want a completely unregulated political market. And they seem not to be too concerned when people get turned away from the polls.”
