Charles Ewing, a forensic psychologist and UB professor of law, was interviewed for an article in the Los Angeles Times about Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who was sentenced to death Friday for his role in the Boston Marathon bombing. “It will be at least a decade before the death sentence is even carried out,” he said. “People looking for closure are not going to get it. When it eventually happens, this will be way out of people’s consciousness.” Ewing also was quoted in articles on Vice, MSN New Zealand, St. Paul Pioneer Press and WBFO-FM.
