Teresa Miller, UB professor of law, was interviewed on Time Warner Cable News “Capital Tonight” and by the Albany Times Union on how the recent escape of two Clinton Correctional Facility inmates may affect other inmates there and elsewhere in the state’s prisons. "It's important to pay attention to the fact that Clinton has a higher than average degree of stress and threats of violence," Miller said. "(That) heightened environment can negatively impact security because it can change the dynamic between employees and inmates."
