Nancy Smyth, professor and dean of the School of Social Work, is quoted in a Reuters article about airplane debris that washed up on the island of Reunion in the Indian Ocean and may be part of last year’s vanished Malaysia Airlines Flight 370. “If this is indeed debris from the jet, then it will provide families with much needed closure,” she said.
