Buffalo's tech scene reboots the city

An article in USA Today about the high-tech renaissance that is transforming Buffalo reports that the city began to grow its advanced manufacturing and medical research about 15 years ago and that important new construction underway includes the new UB School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences building in downtown Buffalo.
