Obama wants 10,000 Syrian refugees next year

Hilary Weaver, professor of social work, is quoted in an article in USA Today about President Obama’s announcement that he wants to allow 10,000 Syrian refugees into the U.S. next year. “Of course we need to accept them and we need to accept them now, but unless the proper infrastructure is built up to help them when they arrive, this is not going to be successful,” she said.
