Emily Grijalva, assistant professor of organization and human resources, was interviewed on NPR’s Marketplace Morning Report for a story titled “Why your boss needs to be a jerk,” about Machiavellian, narcissistic and psychopathic personality traits. “Narcissists are more likely to obtain leadership positions,” she said. (Her interview airs about 4 minutes into the segment. The story aired on KPCC-FM in Los Angeles, Capital Public Radio in Sacramento, WAMU-FM in Washington, D.C., WDET-FM in Detroit and WUNC-FM in North Carolina.
