An article in the Buffalo News reports on the reopening of the newly-renovated Silverman Library, a two-year, $7.2 million project to transform the space into a state-of-the-art study destination featuring 1,000 power outlets, 100 computer stations and soundproof studios where students can videotape presentations for classroom projects.
