Why college should come with a money-back guarantee

An article in Real Simple magazine about the high cost of college, and whether higher education should come with a money-back guarantee, reports that a number of institutions have started offering on-time graduation guarantees, including UB’s “Finish in 4” program that guarantees that if a student fails to graduate on time after participating in advising programs, declaring a major by their second year and taking a full course load each semester, their tuition is free until they complete their degree.
