Stephen Dunnett, vice provost for international education, also was interviewed by Politico about President Trump’s executive order restricting immigration and the long-lasting impact it could have on New York State’s colleges and universities, including some international students who are already changing their plans for the fall semester. “Students that have just told us outright that they’re not Muslim, they’re not really affected by this directly, but they just don’t feel very good about coming to the United States,” he said of prospective international students.
