Tripathi thanked by SUNY Chancellor in her State of the University address

UB President Satish K. Tripathi was quoted in a story on WBFO-FM about yesterday’s State of the University System Address by SUNY Chancellor Kristina Johnson. “It was a great speech – she really touched upon four different things and all of those are important for SUNY and UB,” said Tripathi, who attended the speech and was thanked in the beginning by Johnson. “I would also like to thank my other boss – President Satish Tripathi – who recently told me I had received tenure at the University at Buffalo through in the College of Engineering, however, it is subject to chancellor approval,” Johnson said. The story also aired on WXXI-AM in Rochester.
