BBC Worklife quoted Paul Tesluk, dean and professor of the School of Management, in an article on how to maximize in-office days during a hybrid work schedule. Workers should save in-office days for tasks that require collaboration and group creativity, and prioritize spending time with colleagues to re-establish social familiarity. Doing so helps to shore up important personal connections – the kind of trust “that comes from high quality working relationships that has been harder to be able to build and develop when working remotely,” says Tesluk.
